Özak GYO, Marriott to Build Ritz-carlton Kemer All-inclusive Resort

Özak Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO) has signed an agreement with Marriott International to build The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive resort in Turkey. The project will be developed in the Kemer district of Antalya province, a popular Mediterranean coastal destination. The resort is expected to feature luxury accommodations and all-inclusive services, aligning with Marriott's premium brand standards. Construction details and opening timeline have not yet been disclosed.
