Türkiye: Turkey's July Journal Spotlights Ankara NATO Summit in 603Rd Edition

Turkey's Communications Directorate has published the 603rd issue of its monthly journal "Ayın Tarihi" for July 2026, with the 36th NATO Summit in Ankara as its cover story. In his lead editorial titled "From Ankara to the World: Diplomacy, Defense and a Common Future, Communications Director Burhanettin Duran highlighted the summit's role in strengthening international stability and cooperation, as well as Turkey's constructive role, solution-oriented approach and effective diplomatic capacity in the international system. Duran noted that Turkey's domestic and national defense industry and production capacity were closely followed by the international public on the occasion of the program, emphasizing that leader meetings, bilateral contacts, policy dialogues, public diplomacy activities and cultural events reflected Turkey's multidimensional foreign policy vision. The dossier section, titled "Ankara, Center of Diplomacy and Security: The 2026 NATO Summit, extensively covered the summit that brought together leaders of 32 allied countries under Turkey's hosting.
