🇹🇷 TürkiyeTürkiye: Ligi Will Allow Players to Build Teams With Any Footballers They Choose, Such As Playing Mohamed Salah at Beşiktaş, Within a Set

The Fantezi Süper Ligi will allow players to build teams with any footballers they choose, such as playing Mohamed Salah at Beşiktaş, within a set budget.
The new virtual fantasy league will allow fans to build their own squads using players from the league. Although similar apps have been offered by different companies before, this initiative stands out because it is being launched directly under the federation's umbrella. The project is expected to be officially confirmed as of next week.
The Fantasy Süper Lig will operate on a prediction-market logic rather than traditional football matches. Users will be given a specific budget to select players from any team and build their own squads. Data in the system will typically be pulled live from the Opta database.
The real-match performances of selected players will directly affect users' point standings. For example, a player scoring a goal or making an assist will earn points for the user. Conversely, players who score own goals, receive cards, or concede goals will cause point losses.
Points earned from weekly squads will move users up the overall leaderboard, creating a competitive environment that encourages fans to follow the league more closely. Participants who perform well on a weekly and monthly basis will win various prizes, while the user who finishes the season at the top will be awarded a car. Key goals of the project include reducing fanaticism among supporters and creating a new revenue stream for clubs. The federation aims to engage football fans more actively through this digital move.
