The standard gold kilogram price rose 2.7% to 6,673,000 Turkish liras at the close of trading on Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Gemstones Market (KMKTP) on Wednesday. The price ranged between a low of 6,491,000 liras and a high of 6,673,000 liras during the session, after finishing the previous day at 6,500,000 liras. Total gold trading volume reached 3,764,044,284.89 liras, with 574.04 kilograms traded.

Across all metals, total transaction volume was 3,779,143,421.78 liras. The most active institutions in the gold market were Garanti BBVA, Dünya Katılım Bankası, NM Global Kıymetli Madenler, Altınbaş Kıymetli Madenler, and Uğuras Kıymetli Madenler.
