Hollywood’s most bankable couple are having a blockbuster summer. Hollywood power couple Tom Holland and Zendaya have reportedly held a secret, £500,000 wedding at a sprawling Surrey estate – complete with a phone ban for guests and a “natural” theme. The pair, who met exactly a decade ago on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming, have had a busy summer, with cinemagoers currently have two blockbuster movies starring the pair to choose from: Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey and the latest installment in the Spider-Man franchise, A New Day.

Holland, 30, and Zendaya, 29, got hitched earlier this year with the former confirming the marriage in an interview with Esquire UK back in June after AI images purported to be from the big day were shared online. While details of their first nuptials were kept under wraps, it’s now been revealed that the couple held a big bash at the swish Beaverbrook hotel on Tuesday (4 August). The five-star Beaverbrook venue is described as a “quintessentially English estate overlooking the Surrey Hills” – and helpfully, it’s less than 15 miles away from the couple’s Richmond home.

The property was previously owned by the late newspaper proprietor Lord Beaverbrook, who hosted the likes of Winston Churchill, Rudyard Kipling and Elizabeth Taylor. A source told The Sun that the pair “went to great lengths to stop any information or pictures getting out”, adding: “So neither guests nor staff were allowed their mobiles. Renovated for an eye-watering £90m in 2017, Beaverbrook is home to four restaurants, including a Japanese grill – where a set menu costs £125 per person (and that’s before you’ve added any drinks).

Its sprawling grounds feature acres of gardens, and padel and tennis courts. “There was very natural theme to the wedding, another insider told US publication People, adding that Holland’s three brothers were in attendance and reportedly sported “black tuxedos” and tucked dainty wildflowers into the buttonholes of their jackets”.. This revenue helps to fund journalism across The Independent. The nuptials seem a far cry from this year’s biggest celebrity wedding: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s New York extravaganza.

While Holland and Zendaya often mention their relationship on their (sometimes joint) promotional trails, it seems highly unlikely that fans will learn much more about their big day.
