Harvests Have Been Moving Earlier Due to Climate Change, Prompting Some Farmers to Switch to Less Water-intensive Crops

French winegrowers, including in the Bordeaux region, began harvesting grapes on Thursday, historically early after a summer of heatwaves, drought, and wildfires.
