Lautaro Martínez scored the winner in the 78th minute to complete a remarkable comeback. Napoli had taken a 2-0 lead through goals from Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Inter pulled one back before halftime through Nicolò Barella, then equalized early in the second half with a strike from Hakan Çalhanoğlu.
