Terminal Dad, 64, Seeks Care Home for Autistic Son After 27 Years Alone

Jeon Gyeong-cheol, a father who spent years caring for his autistic son and dreamed of building a home for adults with developmental disabilities, has died at the age of 64. His death was confirmed by his family, who said he passed away after a long illness. Jeon had dedicated much of his life to advocating for better care and housing options for people with developmental disabilities, inspired by his own son's needs. He had been working on a project to create a 'Peter Pan' home, a place where adults with developmental disabilities could live independently and safely, but he did not live to see it completed. His family and supporters have vowed to continue his mission.
