Romeu Zema, the Novo party's presidential candidate, spent Saturday (5) campaigning in the Triângulo Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. His main commitment of the day was at Camaru, the agricultural and livestock exhibition in Uberlândia. The candidate arrived in the city in the early evening and went straight to the exhibition park.

Accompanied by an aide, he spoke with voters and agribusiness representatives. Zema said the country needs to create conditions to lower interest rates and invest in infrastructure: It's more credit lines and decent, accessible interest rates, because he knows better than anyone how to plant, produce, harvest. And better logistics too.

Brazil has enormous potential to reduce logistics costs. Zema will remain in Uberlândia on Sunday (6). The municipality is one of the country's largest agricultural and livestock centers. The candidate is running for president under the Novo party banner.
