Cage's Madden Biopic Sets Prime Video Premiere

Nicolas Cage's John Madden biopic, directed by David O. Russell, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on Nov. 18, with Christian Bale co-starring as Raiders owner Al Davis. A limited theatrical run is planned for awards consideration, but no wide release is set.

Cage called playing the legendary coach and broadcaster a highlight, praising Madden's unmatched football brilliance and his evolution as a broadcaster. Accepting the role to play this larger-than-life legend has been a highlight for me, Cage said.
