RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Backs Reservation, Urges Beneficiaries to Pass on Advantages

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat endorsed following Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's advice on reservation policy, saying it was introduced to promote social unity and is not inherently wrong.
He encouraged beneficiaries to pass on advantages to others and warned against politicizing the issue, which he said creates bad blood. He also called for comprehensive education reforms, including increasing the budget share for education to six percent, improving teacher training, and ensuring education is not treated as a business. Addressing Gen Z, he said they seek logical answers and are not anti-national, describing the younger generation as more honest than previous ones.
I will go with what Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar thought about reservation. If we honestly follow his advice, then there is no problem. Reservation exists due to social reasons. As long as there is social discrimination, reservation will continue, he said.
