The QS90H soundbar mirrors last year's QS700F design but is 3.5 inches wider to accommodate five extra drivers. Features include wireless Dolby Atmos, Q-Symphony, SpaceFit Sound Pro room calibration (now usable with any TV), AI Dynamic Bass Control, Adaptive Sound, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, Sound Elevation, and Game Mode Pro. The Convertible Fit gyro sensor adjusts audio for flat or wall-mounted orientations.

In testing, the QS90H produced impressive low-end tone, making it a rare all-in-one that doesn't need a subwoofer. The asterisk indicates a dedicated subwoofer channel, which in the case of the QS90H is handled by the soundbar itself. There are 13 speakers or drivers in total, including up-firing, side-firing, and down-firing drivers.
