Turkey's Health Ministry Has Launched the Remote Patient Assessment System, Enabling Citizens to Access Psychological

The system, now also implemented at Healthy Life Centers (SHM), allows patients to schedule appointments via the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS) and conduct video consultations with specialists without visiting a facility. Dr. Hatice Öz, head of Public Health Services at the Samsun Provincial Health Directorate, introduced the system to journalists, noting that patients in Samsun, where the pilot began, can receive counseling from their homes. She explained that users log in with e-Devlet passwords, select remote assessment slots, and receive links to connect with staff at the scheduled time.
