As Far As We Can Tell, No Entry Has Changed in More Than Three

xAI's Grokipedia, an AI-generated online encyclopedia that Elon Musk once touted as a "massive improvement" over Wikipedia, has not been updated since April 24th, according to a report from Lawfare. "As far as we can tell, no entry has changed in more than three months, Lawfare said. Grokipedia launched in v0.1 in October 2025 with 885,000 articles and now runs v0.2 (released in November 2025) with over 6,000,000 total articles, per grokipedia.com/live.
That live page includes a "Recent changes to…" section reading "No live edits available right now. Users can still suggest articles and edits, but Lawfare's analysis of 34,519 pages with 225,496 recommended edits found no accepted or rejected corrections dated within the past three months. xAI didn't immediately reply to a request for comment. Users on Reddit and X have questioned whether Grokipedia is dead, and Lawfare noted Musk's last X post mentioning the site was from February.
