According to reports from Iranian state media, at least five people were killed and 70 injured in the attack on Tuesday evening in the city of Sirik.

US Vice President JD Vance said on Thursday that the US is investigating the deadly rocket strike. At the same time, he expressed skepticism and accused Iranian state media of not being particularly reliable in reporting on the conflict.
