Thermal bath admission prices have dropped across Hungary as off-season rates return, with several spas cutting ticket costs starting in early September. At some baths, prices fell by a few hundred forints, while others saw reductions of up to 1,000 forints (2.76 euros; 1 euro = 363 forints). Some locations have even made previously fee-based services free of charge.

Many thermal baths use seasonal pricing, charging higher admission during the peak summer period, with weekend rates sometimes applied on weekdays. Depending on the bath, peak-season pricing may last until mid-September or the end of the month, after which tickets become more affordable. Thermalonline.hu compiled a list of popular Hungarian spas offering lower off-season prices.

At the Berekfürdő Thermal and Beach Baths, tickets are 200 forints cheaper since September 1: an adult day pass costs 3,800 forints Monday through Thursday and 4,000 forints on weekends, while student and senior passes cost 3,300 and 3,500 forints, respectively. In Cserkeszőlő, prices also dropped from September 1, with the adult day pass decreasing from 5,000 to 4,600 forints and student and senior passes falling from 4,200 to 3,800 forints. The Bogácsi Thermal Baths became cheaper starting August 31: adult day passes cost 4,400 forints instead of 4,800, and youth and senior passes cost 3,900 forints instead of 4,200. The 1,600-forint supplementary fee for the indoor adventure pool remains unchanged.

Since September 1, admission to the thermal baths, the beach, and—on weekdays—the Aqua-Palace at the Hungarospa spa complex in Hajdúszoboszló is cheaper, with a daily adult beach ticket at 5,500 forints, a senior ticket at 4,800 forints, and a student or child ticket at 4,600 forints. At Bükfürdő, discounted prices are in effect Monday through Thursday since September 1: adult admission is 6,550 forints, and student and senior tickets are 4,500 forints. At the Sárvár Thermal and Wellness Baths, peak-season rates are discontinued on weekdays, with adult day passes costing 6,600 forints and student and senior passes 4,000 forints.

Weekday prices are also dropping at the Vulkán Thermal and Adventure Bath in Celldömölk, where the adult admission fee is reduced by 1,000 forints to 1,950 forints, and the senior ticket costs 1,300 forints. The information was compiled by Thermalonline.hu.
