Four Killed in Russian Attack Near Dnipro

Five more people were injured, one critically, in the strike, said Oleksandr Hanzja, governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the city of Boryspil, about 35 kilometers from Kyiv, two people were injured when a nine-story residential building was hit, regional governor Tymur Tkatsjenko said on Telegram. The Kyiv Independent reported that the roof and top floor of the building were damaged and caught fire.

Explosions were also heard in the center of the capital, and air raid warnings were triggered several times, the newspaper reported. Around 2 a.m., the Ukrainian air force warned that drones were heading toward Kyiv and the surrounding region. On Friday, a Russian drone struck the headquarters of Ukraine's SBU intelligence service in Kyiv, injuring at least twelve people, according to local authorities. Russia has not commented on the attacks.
