Top Chef Winner Imbert Faces Judge Over Alleged Domestic Violence

The Paris prosecutor's office said the alleged offenses occurred between December 2023 and November 2024, causing work incapacity exceeding eight days. At least three former partners have accused Imbert, including Miss France 2006 Alexandra Rosenfeld, who said he broke her nose during filming of an M6 show they co-hosted and subjected her to daily humiliation. Actress Lila Salet filed a complaint in August 2025 over alleged abuse from 2012-2013, and Kelly Santos, who dated the chef from 2023 to 2024, told ELLE magazine of "violent bites" and insults.

Prosecutors said five other ex-partners were heard, each alleging violence, with psychological impacts estimated at 25 to 30 days, and witnesses attested to bite marks, bruises, humiliating behavior, and even confinement in a room. Offenses against the first four women appear time-barred, so the investigation covers acts from 2023 onward. Imbert's lawyers, Me Jacqueline Laffont and Julie Benedetti, said he attended his hearing with substantial documentary evidence supporting his account.
