Pentagon Rescinds Testosterone Screening Policy a Day After Release

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had announced in July that the military would begin mandatory testosterone screening for service members. The Pentagon then released a clinical guidance document on September 2 titled Clinical Guidance for Health and Human Performance Optimization, along with a statement from spokesperson Sean Parnell. The next day, September 3, both the document and the accompanying statement were removed from public view.
