The Couple Bought the 16,477-Square-foot Waterfront Property in Admirals Cove for $9.7 Million in 2021, and the Deed Was Transferred
Donald Trump Jr. paid his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her share of their six-bedroom, 11-bathroom home in Jupiter, Florida, according to a deed filed in Palm Beach County on Monday. The couple bought the 16,477-square-foot waterfront property in Admirals Cove for $9.7 million in 2021, and the deed was transferred to Trump Jr. on July 25. The home, valued at $13.6 million by the county in 2025, includes a pool, boat lift, four-car garage, spa, and elevator. Trump Jr., 48, and Guilfoyle, 57, ended their engagement over a year and a half ago after roughly six years together.
They also sold a Hamptons home in 2021. Trump Jr. married Bettina Anderson, 39, earlier this year, while Guilfoyle serves as ambassador to Greece, signing the deed with a stamp from the U.S. Embassy in Athens. Guilfoyle told the New York Times, I'm happy for Don. I wish him, of course, all the best.
The property is not currently listed, though reports in June suggested Trump Jr. might sell it for $30 million and build a new home in West Palm Beach. I’m happy for Don.
