Ahmadzai, who won a Greek super lightweight boxing title in March, is set to appear before a magistrate later this week. Ross, from Edinburgh, had traveled to Greece in late June and was found in the Kypseli area, about 20 minutes from where she was staying.

Police credited Hall's testimony and CCTV evidence as crucial. Ross's aunt, Anne Bangham, paid tribute to her "beautiful" and "loving" niece.
