🇱🇾 LibyaDrone Strike Hits Fuel Tanks in Libya's Tripoli

The company condemned the attack, which caused no injuries, and said relevant teams had secured the area. Company spokesman Ahmed Misillati told Anadolu Agency that the drone strike damaged some fuel transfer pipelines and oil tanks numbered 220 and 213 at the facility. He said technical teams were continuing damage assessment work and that the incident had not affected supply and distribution operations.
Misillati added that the company continues to supply fuel to the domestic market around the clock, with no disruption to the fuel supply system. In early August, armed groups also attacked oil facilities in the city of Zawiya, west of Tripoli, using kamikaze drones, causing a fire in a diesel tank at one oil depot. The attack in Tripoli was carried out with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
