The vehicle features a three-electric-motor setup, AI-driven intelligent traction, and extreme off-road capabilities, positioning it as one of the most technologically advanced and imposing offerings in the global market. The launch is a key part of Geely's strategy. After years of declining registrations, the Geely Galaxy division has rebounded strongly in international markets, and the Cruiser 700 is now the flagship model the company hopes will revitalize sales and consolidate its European expansion.

Exterior styling is boxy and angular, reminiscent of iconic off-roaders like the Land Rover Defender and Ford Bronco. Highlights include a large rectangular grille, illuminated logo, full-width LED light bar, reinforced bumpers, color-matched tow hooks, and a side-hinged rear door with an externally mounted spare wheel. A roof-mounted LiDAR sensor signals the vehicle's autonomous driving technology.

Inside, the cabin contrasts sharply with the rugged exterior, offering yacht-inspired luxury. A clean dashboard features a large floating central screen, digital instrument cluster, and ambient lighting. The interior offers 80.3% usable space, a 1,050-liter trunk, and 63 storage compartments. Amenities include a refrigerator with independent temperature control, an intelligent air conditioning system that can generate oxygen to purify the cabin, a 23-speaker Flyme Sound audio system with speakers integrated into headrests, and over 50 mounting points for camping and adventure accessories. Under the skin, built on an off-road variant of the SEA-R architecture, the plug-in hybrid powertrain combines a turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline engine with three electric motors—one on the front axle and two on the rear.

Total output is 830 kW, translating to between 1,113 and 1,128 horsepower, with a power-to-weight ratio of 392 hp per ton. The LFP battery (Golden Short Blade) ranges from 47 kWh to 70 kWh depending on version, paired with a 900-volt electrical architecture supporting ultra-fast charging and up to 350 km of electric-only range on the Chinese CLTC cycle. The rear axle replaces conventional mechanical differentials with a fluid coupling mechanism and active torque vectoring, managed by AI for precise per-wheel torque distribution.

The Cruiser 700 offers 80 cm of wading depth and independent active suspension that can raise or lower each wheel individually to compensate for body roll and maximize ground contact. Sales begin in China at the end of this year, with global deliveries starting in 2027. Confirmed for European markets including Italy and the UK, the Cruiser 700's arrival at Spanish dealerships will put this titan at the center of attention for those seeking maximum power and 4×4 capability in the electrified era.
