Turkey's Ministry of National Education Launched Its First-ever Digital Platform, "Rota Maarif, to Ease Access to School Information During"

The system, developed under the MEB's Information Technologies General Directorate, went live on July 10 after central exam results were announced. It offers a single hub for details on schools nationwide, letting users filter by province, district, school type, level, field, and boarding status. The platform presents basic facts, addresses, contact info, instruction mode, class hours, facilities, and quota availability in a clear format.

Acting as a "preference advisor, it enabled students and parents to compare schools and draft preference lists, ensuring an efficient selection process. Between July 13 and 27, the platform recorded 3,198,963 entries."
