The Noida-based Firm Has Set a Price Band of ₹200-212 Per Share for Its Maiden Issue, Which Will Close on August 11

Technocraft Ventures Ltd will launch its initial public offering on August 7 to raise ₹252 crore through a mix of fresh shares and an offer for sale, the infrastructure company said on Monday. The Noida-based firm has set a price band of ₹200-212 per share for its maiden issue, which will close on August 11. Anchor investor bidding opens for a day on August 6. The IPO includes a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23.76 lakh shares by promoter selling shareholder Kartikey Constructions. At the upper price band, the total issue size is about ₹251.88 crore.
From the fresh issue proceeds, ₹150 crore will fund working capital needs, with the rest for general corporate purposes and offer expenses. As of July 15, 2026, the company's order book stood at ₹1,320.73 crore across 19 projects. Revenue from operations rose to ₹344.99 crore in FY26 from ₹279.56 crore the previous year, while profit after tax increased to ₹43.32 crore from ₹28.20 crore.
Incorporated in 1998, Technocraft Ventures is an EPC company focused on public infrastructure, including water and wastewater systems, roads, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, and utility maintenance. It primarily works for state governments in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi, with expansion into Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Odisha. Khambatta Securities is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services the registrar. Shares will list on the BSE and NSE.
