Three people were killed and 15 injured in an explosion next to a café in Moscow’s Kudrin Square, Russia’s Interior Ministry announced. “As a result of the explosion, 3 people died, 15 people were injured, the ministry said, adding that its teams were still working at the scene. Russia’s Investigative Committee said it was conducting inspections and investigating the cause of the blast. Social media footage showed the square closed to traffic with security measures in place.”
