The Contract Is a Purely Commercial Arrangement With No Related-party Transactions or Promoter Interest in the Awarding Entity

KP Energy has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd for a 100 MW wind project at a tariff of ₹3.435 per unit. The deal follows a letter of intent issued on March 30, 2026, under GUVNL's Wind Tender Phase X, and has received approval from the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission. Supply is scheduled to begin July 30, 2028. Chairman Faruk G Patel said the agreement pushes the company's independent power producer portfolio past 250 MW and reflects utility confidence in KP Energy.
The contract is a purely commercial arrangement with no related-party transactions or promoter interest in the awarding entity. This agreement with GUVNL is an important step forward for KP Energy Limited. It takes our IPP (independent power producer) portfolio past the 250 MW mark and reflects the confidence that India's leading power utilities continue to place in us.
