Austin Scott, a former police officer, was critically wounded after moving toward danger. Terry Dudley, a taxi driver, was shot while charging a Tesla and is hospitalized in Boise. Williams attended the College of Southern Idaho from 2022 to 2023 and was impeached from the student senate.
