Initial Reports Indicate Damage to the Living Quarters and Bow, With a Fire Still Burning

Turkey's Maritime General Directorate said a drone attack hit the Ro-Ro vessel NADEZHDA about 20 nautical miles off Novorossiysk while it was en route from the Russian port to Samsun. The ship carried 22 crew members, 13 of them Turkish citizens, who were safely evacuated to Novorossiysk by Russian naval units.
