Settlement Minister Orit Strock Said, We Demand Radical Changes

Israel canceled a security cabinet meeting scheduled for this evening to discuss the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire roadmap, which Hamas approved and has sparked fierce debate within the government. Settlement Minister Orit Strock said, We demand radical changes. All the data the Prime Minister (Benjamin Netanyahu) knew, including agreements with the US, has been thrown away.
The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that some ministers objected to the roadmap's provisions on disarming Hamas. Far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and Strock had urged Netanyahu to convene the cabinet. Hamas approved the roadmap, but Israel has not yet issued an official stance.
Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 2023 have killed 73,377 people. Nikolay Mladenov, senior representative of the Gaza Peace Council, said Hamas accepted a detailed roadmap for implementing the second phase. US President Donald Trump announced the council reached a deal with Hamas and other armed groups on disarmament.
Hamas stressed that Israel must halt attacks and set a timeline, with implementation of the second phase contingent on Israel fully meeting first-phase obligations. The National Committee for Gaza Administration said it completed institutional and operational preparations to take over governance. The first phase of the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, but Israeli attacks and aid restrictions continued.
Radikal değişiklikler talep ediyoruz. ABD ile varılan anlaşmalar dahil olmak üzere, Başbakan'ın (Binyamin Netanyahu) bildiği tüm veriler çöpe atıldı.
