For Q3 Ending September 2026, It Expects 14% Growth

Freshworks beat its own revenue estimates for the quarter ended June 2026, posting 16% growth to $237.4 million from $204.7 million a year earlier. On a constant currency basis, revenue rose 15%. The Nasdaq-listed SaaS firm posted a GAAP net profit of $3.2 million, versus a loss of $1.7 million in Q2 2025. The company, with a significant Chennai presence, raised its full-year 2026 guidance from 14-15% to 15%.
For Q3 ending September 2026, it expects 14% growth. CEO Dennis Woodside said on an investor call that the firm sees increased momentum and pipeline in the employee experience (EX) vertical, adding that EX is set to contribute nearly 60% of overall topline by year-end, up from 35% in 2021. CFO Tyler Sloat said EX Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) ended Q2 at $567 million, up 23% year-over-year, while Customer Experience ARR was $400 million, up 3%. Professional services revenue was about $3 million.
Customers contributing over $100,000 in ARR totaled 1,746, up 25% y-o-y; those over $50,000 were 4,091, up 18%; and those over $5,000 were 25,356, up 6%. Net dollar retention was 104%. Cash and marketable securities stood at $780.4 million as of March 31, 2026.
