Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported that Russian airstrikes on the Kyiv region overnight killed 14 people, targeting the capital and various towns. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said one person died in the capital, with injuries rising to 26, and noted ballistic missile attacks began at 1:33 a.m. local time. He added that warehouses in two districts were damaged and an ammonia leak occurred after a business building was hit in the Holosiivskyi district.
