Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün Announced That the Fire at the Tusaş Engine Industries

Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün announced that the fire at the TUSAŞ Engine Industries Inc. (TEI) campus in Eskişehir was brought under control. [ Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün, TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş. based in Eskişehir. He stated that the fire that broke out in the (TEI) campus was brought under control.

Görgün used the following statements in his statement on his social media account: "The fire that occurred in our TEI campus in Eskişehir was brought under control as a result of the devoted work of our relevant teams. Our greatest consolation is that there was no loss of life. Cooling efforts and technical investigations regarding the cause of the incident are continuing by the relevant units.

"Our TEI family, carrying years of labor and engineering experience, is one of the most valuable assets of our country's national technology journey. We will leave this process behind with the same discipline and quickly take steps to ensure that critical projects progress without disruption. Görgün expressed his best wishes to the entire defense industry ecosystem, especially the TEI family, and said, I would like to thank all our institutions that responded to the fire immediately and our teams who served devotedly.
