Nia Smith, Who Rose to Fame With Viral Tiktok Covers During the Covid-19 Lockdown, Says Home Remains the Most Important Place to Experience

In the latest episode of Sonos' Sound Conductors series, Smith demonstrates how she uses the company's speakers, including the portable Sonos Play, Era 300, Arc Ultra, and Sub, to host listening parties at her South London home. Her sophomore EP "Payback Is a Dog" is out now, following 2024's "Give Up the Fear. Smith recently played her new single "High, which she describes as part of her evolution as an artist, for friends.

"When people listen to my music, I want them to feel comforted, she said. "I want them to feel seen and heard and that they're not alone, and with surround sound, it allows me to let them be immersed in the music and get lost in it.
