The Regulation Took Effect on Its Publication Date, With Provisions Applying From April 4, 2026

Turkey's Agriculture and Forestry Ministry has amended regulations on applications for agricultural structures and non-agricultural use of farmland. The revised regulation, published in the Official Gazette, adds a provisional clause ensuring that applications submitted before its effective date are evaluated under the previous rules from December 9, 2017. It also lowers the minimum plot size for vineyard houses from 5 hectares to 2 hectares.
